Hi AllπŸ‘‹πŸΌ So these isolation slides make for such a great warm up for Beginners. It gets the body moving, activates the right muscles and simultaneously conditions them for isolation. πŸ’ƒΒ 

If you find that the hips don't want to isolate that well while sliding the chest, try lightly squeezing the glutes to stabilise the lower body.πŸ‘ŒΒ
