Tribal Fusion

Tribal Fusion Belly Dance is a modern Western form of belly dance which was created by fusing American Tribal Style belly dance and American Cabaret belly dance. Artists frequently incorporate elements from Popping, Hip Hop, 'Egyptian' or 'Cabaret' belly dance, as well as movement principles from traditional forms such as Flamenco, Kathak, Odissi, and other folkloric and classical dance styles. 

Technically Fit

A class designed by Ioanna to engage students in a 60 minute session of High Intensity Cardiovascular dance routines while embedding technical aspects into the dance repertoire for a solid foundation. Open to ALL levels of students from Beginner Level 1 - Advanced.

Oriental Theory

A theoretical approach to Belly Dance, studying the music, culture, its origins, evolution & historical pioneers. This class is imperative for Beginner Level 3 - Advanced in order to ensure a deeper connection with the dance. Beginner Level 1 & 2 are welcome but attendance is completely optional.
