The Bow Pose

The Bow Pose 🧘‍♀️ I simply LOVE this stretch! It hits all the angles in the front of the body. Start by lying on your front, grab hold of your foot with the same side hand, then pull your leg upward off the floor along with pulling the upper body upward and off the floor. Push the foot away from the body while pulling the leg closer with your hand.


I would recommend using a strap if you cannot reach your foot comfortably just yet. And stick to doing one side at a time.


Once you feel more comfortable you can get both sides up simultaneously. You can stay in this pose for as long as your body allows, dipping the head back to get an extra stretch in the neck.
