Technique Tip: Medium Hip Circle

In this video, we’re taking a look at a medium hip circle.

In belly dance, you get three hip circle movements; the small/inner hip circle which we covered first, the medium/pelvic hip circle, and big hip circle.

For the medium hip circle, your stance is slightly wider than hip width apart, but less than shoulder width.
