Technique Tip: Slides

Slides are a great warmup and isolation exercise.

Hi All👋🏼 So these isolation slides make for such a great warm up for Beginners. It gets the body moving, activates the right muscles and simultaneously conditions them for isolation. 💃

If you find that the hips don’t want to isolate that well while sliding the chest, try lightly squeezing the glutes to stabilise the lower body.👌
